Stainless Steel meshes and foils and high temperature fabrics compliment these insulation systems. Abrasion, chemical resistance and removal requirements help determine the choice of facings.
Stainless Steel Fixing systems ensure items are secured in place correctly.

IsoCovers can produce insulation systems for new construction or retrofit kits.

Production
IsoCovers is ready to produce from an initial prototype to deliveries in the tens of thousand per year.
We have put in place quality control systems to ensure in-process final inspections are completed and documented.

Certificates of conformity and product traceability are available.

OSHA
OSHA regulates the industry and ensures manufacturers comply with safety standards and good health practices.
IsoCovers in turn is fully capable of conducting fire tests, flame tests, chemical compatibility tests and noise attenuation tests, to ensure that its products are fit for use.

Technical, appearance and performance needs either in the field or in the shop, are paramount to ensure the design will produce maximum performance with no overlooked hotspots.

Noise reduction is a fundamental part of an exhaust system, IsoCovers works with OEMs and others to offer a variety of different products to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
